- Health and prescription drug insurance counseling
- Help with applications for fuel assistance and food stamps
- Help with food shopping and errands
- Information, referral and advocacy
- Support for caregivers
- Telephone reassurance calls and friendly visitors
- Transportation to out-of-town medical appointments
