2. How do I pay my bill?

You can pay your Electric, Water and Sewer bills any one of 3 ways! 

• Use our UniPay website https://unipaygold.unibank.com/CustomerInfo.aspx. Once you locate your account, you can chose to make a one-time payment or set up automatic payments.
• Process a payment using your financial institution's online bill pay feature. Please contact your bank directly for more information or assistance to set up payments.
• Hand deliver or mail a check to our office located at 272 High Street.

3. How do I set up automatic payments?

To set up auto-pay visit https://unipaygold.unibank.com/transactioninfo.aspx?TID=156 and follow the instructions.

4. How do I report a power outage?

Generally power outages occur during severe weather, but occasionally can be a result of things like, motor vehicle accidents near power lines, fallen trees, construction work near power lines etc. It is important that if you see downed or sparking wires that you keep away from the area and contact the IELD immediately at 978-356-6635. Please do not use 911 to report outages.

5. How do I cancel electric service?

6. How do I change my name on my account?
